Baby Gabrielle was born last September 27, 2011 with a heart anomaly known as TETRALOGY OF FALLOT, a congenital heart defect which if left untreated could lead to delayed growth and development and even DEATH.

Baby Gabrielle’s cardiologist suggested a total correction of the said condition which means she needs to undergo an open heart surgery when she turns 1 year old this year for her to live a long and normal life. The surgery will cost roughly P800,000 – P1M just for the surgeons team alone. Additional expenses will be incurred for her maintenance medicines and other miscellaneous.

Please help us raise the said amount to make Baby Gabrielle’s open surgery possible.
