satavari. Boil 1½ cup of the juice with 1½ cup of milk and 1 tsp of sugar. Take the decoction every
morning for 3 weeks.

Alternately
peel fresh tubers, slice them into
small pieces and dry. Pound the dried pieces into powder and store it in an airtight container. Take 1-2 tsp of this powder mixed with 1 tsp of cows ghee in
the morning and evening for 1
month. —
